How can I remove users from my sandbox or production accounts?

Click on your name in the lower left and choose Settings from the dropdown menu, then proceed to the Team tab. Click on the ellipsis icon next to the user you want to remove and you will see a "Remove account from team" option.

This option is only available to users with Admin-level permissions.
