Where can I download a case data summary report?

The case data summary report gives you a full view of all the case information you’ve put into Hummingbird (in the same format that you see in the dashboard). To download, click on a case and click on the "Files" tab. You’ll see a few different download options, including Case Data Summary.

When you add a Person in the Information page, you can enter identity documents (e.g., passport and driver’s license) information, including ID number, Issuing Country, Issuing State, and Expiration Date. These are included in the case data summary report. The SAR filing does not include expiration dates for identity documents so this information does not show up in the FinCEN SAR PDF or the FinCEN SAR XML Format.
