Use Hummingbird’s productivity analytics to unlock metrics that will help you improve team performance and strengthen your compliance program’s operations.
To access productivity analytics, navigate to your Analytics page in Hummingbird and click the "Productivity" tab. Here you'll find various charts that will show you upcoming casework and provide historical stats on reviews worked.
The productivity analytics dashboard helps you answer questions like:
What's the current review workload distribution across my team?
Do we have any overdue reviews, and what does workload look like coming up?
How long does the team spend on different workflow steps of each review type, and where might there be bottlenecks?
Note: Changes within Hummingbird may take up to 5 minutes to reflect in the dashboard. The three dot menu in the upper right side of each chart will show the most recent timestamp at which the data was refreshed.
