There are three ways cases can be created in Hummingbird:
Manually, one-by-one: By clicking on the + icon in the top right corner and then clicking on New Case
Manually, in bulk: By clicking on the + icon in the top right corner and then clicking on Bulk Import
Via API: If a case is added via API it’s also automatically created in Hummingbird
