How can I create a new case?

There are three ways cases can be created in Hummingbird:

  • Manually, one-by-one: By clicking on the + icon in the top right corner and then clicking on New Case

  • Manually, in bulk: By clicking on the + icon in the top right corner and then clicking on Bulk Import

  • Via API: If a case is added via API it’s also automatically created in Hummingbird
