# How can I create a new case?

There are three ways cases can be created in Hummingbird:

* **Manually, one-by-one:** By clicking on the + icon in the top right corner and then clicking on New Case
* **Manually, in bulk**: By clicking on the + icon in the top right corner and then clicking on Bulk Import
* **Via API:** If a case is added via API it’s also automatically created in Hummingbird
