What is Hummingbird’s onboarding process?
The onboarding process is typically broken down into three phases:

    Setup and integration: Hummingbird collaborates with your organization to map data formats and set up your initial workflows.
  2. 2.
    Sandbox: Hummingbird configures a sandbox account and allows your organization to test several cases. We also fine-tune the configuration as needed.
  3. 3.
    Production: Hummingbird configures a production account and supports your organization on case creations and SAR filings.
